Training Maps and Fixtures Information 2010

Glaschu Gaels GFC men's season is heading towards it's climax with only a handful of club games remaining.

We won our last 4 league games in July and August and the now  the Scottish Club Championship Semi Finals on 12 September awaits.

The Club HQ is Thornley Park, Paisley. However with pitch upgrades taking place and no further home matches this season,

Nethercraigs Sports Centre  (see map below)

will be the venue for our forthcoming training sessions in the weeks ahead - see the club calender link above for details of dates and times.

Our next match is a Championship Semi Final against Dunedfin Connollys on 12 September in Edinburgh. Edinburgh are presently the only team in Scotland who can prevent Glasgow Gaels from winning the Scottish League - we are top of the pile but Edinburgh have fixtures remaining and it will most likely come down to point difference.

We are are entering a crucial period in the next two-four weeks where we hope a collective effort within the camp can drive us on to success in Scottish League and Championship 2010.

We also have a number of players involved in representing Co. Scotland in the British Junior County Championships 2010. By all accounts the Co. Scotland team is a strong outfit well representative of GAA in Scotland.
We wish our lads and Co. Scotland all the best in getting hands on some County silverware this year.
